Terms & Conditions

A Booking fee of £50 or 20% of your final account whichever Abagofun deem applicable is required for all Abagofun bookings (Elf Booking fees are only £10).

This booking fee is strictly non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Failure to produce a deposit will result in an incomplete booking and your event being cancelled.

A signed contract must be received (for private bookings), to complete the booking process, accepting your unique code and party/event information.

Complete venue postal addresses must be provided by the hirer.

Mileage charge (for event/party 10+ miles from our Abagofun address)@ 50p per mile.

Entertainment, games and magic may vary from one party/event to the next.

Children and participants are to be supervised by a fully responsible adult at all times during Abagofun parties/events.

Any costs incurred for repair damages, caused by misuse, will be charged to the hirer.

Abagofun aim to arrive at the arranged venue between 45-60 minutes before the scheduled time (party/event type dependant), however Abagofun cannot be held responsible for situations out of our control, that may contribute to, or cause delays.

By booking with Abagofun and placing a booking fee, you agree to our terms and conditions, outlined in the contract (Private bookings only) or as outlined on this website on receipt of the 20% booking fee.

Late payments will incur interest in accordance with the late payment of commercial debts (interest) act 1998.  All accounts to be settled 7 days prior to your event or 14 days after for Corporate bookings (to be agreed with management prior to reciept of deposit).
